Google+, Facebook for Adults
As far as I can tell Google+ may not have made the big debut we all thought it might, but it’s definitely not falling away unnoticed. Today when I logged on to blogspot it asked me if I wanted to sync my blog to the +; and I still see invites coming in. The cool part is about the invitations to circles is that it’s not long lost friends that want to connect. It’s...

Business Passion Unbeknownst to Me.
I found myself more than once now doing a bit of market research for a business colleague of one fashion or another looking to up their social media efforts. I haven’t yet made a profit off of such ventures/projects, but it’s all the same to me because I’m having quite the enjoyable time doing it. Within a few hours (that’s Amy time - I’ve been absorbed for probably 5) I can get a solid grasp of a...

At least 4.
We were cookin up a little pasta dish the other night and I asked Dave if we could use up the stuff from my house. He pulls this guy out of the cupboard and I knew its sort of old but, wow. Best if used by date? 2008! For pasta!!! You know how many times I’ve moved and to how many different states!? While this specific box probably spent a lot of time in my parents basement, it’s no...

The Phone Stack.
Thanks to Anna Fleming for pointing out this awesome treasure of an article on cell phones, friends, etiquette and a free lunch!
We usually take a pretty hard line against phones at dinner, but a new trick just popped up that gives us hope for the future.
It’s called a phone stack, and it’s a buzzing, flashing reminder of every phone-etiquette rule the world seems to have forgotten.
It works...

Tyler Knott: Would You Buy a Book of My Poetry? →
Before you answer, have a peeksie at some of his work. It’s sort of phenomenal.
tylerknott:
Hello friends. This is a bit strange, a bit unorthodox, but I need to do a little market research first, before I do anything. Would you buy a book of my poetry? Please sound off and let me know if you actually would, I’d love to hear if you think it should be a book of the longer stuff,...
Tyler Knott: End of Days →
I don’t even want to try and put it into better words. :)
tylerknott:
How will it come, when my number is up and my name has been called and the queue is behind me, and behind me alone? How will I meet my end? Will it be swift? Will it be long and drawn out and will I know the truth behind agony? Will I scream or will I close my eyes quietly and let a smile crawl …

Go ZAGS
I just yelled out, “Babe do we play…?” and I hear back “Xavier at 5 on ESPN 2.” Dang I live a good life.
From a song, from my Mom :)
When I graduated from Gonzaga my mom snuck up into my room amongst all the busyness and put a series of quotes on my wall :) in true teacher form, on those penmanship strips of paper that teach you where the top of a “c” goes and how long to make your “y’s, g’s, and j’s” :)
This worlds gone crazy and it’s hard to believe that tomorrow will be...

I wonder...
How many people read this? Who are you? I get emails, messages, texts and references often and am always shocked that there is someone else out there that knows the url of my tumblr besides me, my mom, and of course Vanessa. :) I think part of not knowing keeps me from disclosing things and being able to write about what I really do want to write about and share. It’s scary you know? Putting...

Somehow, along the way...
I never realize how much I’m going to miss you until its too late and you’ve gone. But laying here thinking of you, instantly opens the gates of memories and thoughts which remind me of how much I am so wonderfully lucky to have you in my life. If this is love, than I think I’d like to officially join the club :)

If you haven't read this blog, I HIGHLY recommend... →
Seriously folks. Takes five minutes of your time to read one post and the chuckle you get out of it will no doubt be rewarding. It’s a comic/recipe/cooking blog! Calvin & Hobbes meets rad food with a side of comedic ninja! What else were you going to do with those five minutes that will make you giggle and put some perspective on the snobbish assholes that we share the world with?! If...
